Shipping policy

We at Rocks N Things LLC understand things happen and want to make sure our customers have the greatest experience with our shop. That being said, our shipping policy is that of 30 days, money back. If you are unhappy with your item, there is a defect, or it is the wrong item, we will take action to rectify the situation. This includes, exchanging the item for something more your taste, replacing the item with an item that is not broken, or replacing the wrong item sent. Terms and conditions do not cover lost or stolen items.
